James has been designing new homes for over 20 years. He has a relaxed manner with customers which helps him draw out exactly what each person is wanting to achieve. He has a knack for taking those ideas and squeezing the best out of the owner’s site to create homes that people fall in love with
Not just a designer he has been involved in building homes for many years and enjoys the process all they way from design to drafting to project managing to completion to ensure customers enjoy one point of contact throughout their journey
He works tirelessley to make sure each customer is kept up to date with progress and is delivered a home that they will not only love but also be proud of
Richelle Petersen
Director
Richelle has over 15 years experience in home building. She's helped hundreds of happy customers build their dream home, many returning for a second, third or fourth time
She is passionate about delivering new homes to families of every size and enjoys working with them to make it a fun, positive and rewarding experience
James and Richelle will work together from day one all the way through the process until that magic day where we hand the keys over to your new home. We'll keep in touch afterwards too as we like to provide after sales care but we also keep the friendships that we make along the way
